Hi, I would like to know is it OK if we drink water during exercise, and yesterday I have an aerobic session on my own at home. I done it for 2 hours, I drink a bottle of water during exercise. Is this good or bad?
And, I used to exercise after I had my dinner. I wait for about 1/2 an hour before start my aerobic. is this good or bad?
How about eat after exercise? What is the best meal we can have after aerobic?
