Your weight is not a static number, and it never has been. :) It's more of a vital sign, like your blood pressure, or your temperature. It will fluctuate based on the foods you eat, sodium, hormones, even the amount of sleep you have.
This is why SP recommends once a week, under the same circumstances, time of day, etc. Even the same clothes!
IT's completely normal. Some people like to weigh daily and record their *average* for the week. I've always liked that.
