If it is a ST day, you should go do your ST. You can do exercises that do not involve the sore body parts, e.g. you can do upper body ST if you are sore in your legs. Or you can still do your regular ST workout involving your legs, but if you find that your legs bother you, you can do it lighter. This helps with keeping the ST schedule at least.
