I pushed myself a bit too far by walking farther then I should have when I haven't in a long while. lol I apparently didn't think about having to turn around and walk back afterwards!
Anyways now I am paying for it fully. My entire body is sore. My muscles are tense, I can barely walk and even moving or getting up/sitting down is painful. It is not an injury no worries there. But definite soreness and aches & blisters ouch!
Besides popping pills or resting is there anything else I can do to help with the pain and to help my body recover?
