What have you been doing differently which might have caused the bloat?
Did you add more fiber things like that?
Did you change your exercise routine?
Is it just a question of letting your body adapt and shed the bloat naturally?
Try to pinpoint the cause of this relatively new 'bloat' and adjust if needed.
