No but I was thinking about getting one. I took my pulse during the water breaks and it was doing really good. It wasn't too high but high enough that I knew I was working hard. Losing over 30 lbs has helped huge on how I feel, I just think I'm beating the snot out of my knees and ankles so I'm trying to modify things so it's low impact but still working hard.
