I do 2 hours of cardio and 2 hours of ST a week. My cardio minutes will increase when I start running more when the weather cools down (its been a looooong hot summer her in NZ!)
Nancy, I'm confused. There are multiple threads similar to this one on both the fitness and the nutrition boards, but this one actually seemed like a question, not a game like many of the others. Why is this poster being asked to post these in the cafe thread in future?
