This topic has come up many, many times on these posts. You judge your energy level, then decide what to do. A fever with its associated chills can keep anyone down, but after that is gone you can see if you feel up to walking a little around the outside of your house and start some gentle stretching.
The main thing is to rest and get better, but there is room for gentle movement while on the road to recovery. You are the only one who can decide. If easy exercise sets you back, it was too much. If you feel OK after doing it, and not any worse, then it was about right.
