Your fitness tracker is set to friends only. If you're going to ask for advice on the forums, it would help if you make your page open to all first and turn of the 'friends only' setting, even if for a little while.
Please listen to Heather. You absolutely SHOULD be worried, Very Worried, if you are eating 700-800 calories a day and feeling full and satisfied on that. That is extremely unhealthy.
What is "normal volumes of food"? Clearly if you were actually eating "normal" volumes of food, you'd be closer to 1500 calories, because that's "normal". Eating 800 calories is not "normal". Your own perception of "what is normal" is probably not accurate and you cannot trust that.
As for exercise - get some strength training in and do cardio 3-5 days a week. That's it. It doesn't matter apart from that.
What strength training? Anybody's. Go do a gym and do your own. Do P90X. Do Insanity. Do Jillian Michaels. It doesn't matter.
What cardio? Doesn't matter. Dance. Play. Run. Bike. Go to a gym. Half an hour to an hour a day, 3-5 days a week, of any kind of activity.
Exercise is such a small part of fat loss that it's just not important *what* you do, only *that* you do something. Anything. :)
