I love Fitness blender. But I made a mistake one time and did 10 pound weights while doing one of the 60 minute workouts. My arms were dead for about a week.

First I've heard of it. I need more variety in my fitness routine and am looking forward to checking it out!

Chiming in with more Fitness Blender love. I find I push myself a lot harder when I'm using their videos than when I'm doing the same exercises on my own, and you really can't beat the variety. No matter how much time I have or what I'm looking to do, they have SOMETHING that will work. And like the previous poster said, I LOVE that there's no background music, so I can play whatever music I like in the background while I'm working out (without having to mute the video and miss out on the instructions).

I LOVE Fitness Blender! There's such a variety of videos to choose from. No matter what body part you want to work or how much time you have, they have a video that will fit. I always just play my own music in the background and it works out really well.

I tried it for the first time on Saturday and loved it, well, except for the kickboxing part. I am never a fan of kickboxing. emoticon Other than that, I felt ike I got a rather good work out, even better than any of the DVDs I have.

I love it! I did one of the workouts for the first time yesterday (Total Body Strength and Toning) and it was great. I could barely finish the last rep for each move, but I did it, and my entire body feels it today. But it's a good feeling! The variety of their videos is amazing....there are so many to choose from that you will never get bored, and it seems like it caters to all fitness levels. One workout and I'm hooked lol!

Wow - thanks for mentioning this! I'd never heard of it before, but I just signed up. I'm interested in Tabata and HIIT training, so this site looks great. Thank you!

I love fitness blender. There are so many workouts to choose from and all the ones I've done so far have been great. I especially like that they have quiet cardio workouts. These allow me to get my exercise in even late at night without waking the neighbors.

Fitness blender is AWESOME! I love that they don't have cheesy music. I am doing a lot of the beginner vids rotating the cardio with their upper and lower body workouts. They have a lot of variety so I can confuse my muscles.

Fitness Blender is absolutely my favourite channel, I've been doing their workouts for over a year and I've seen great results! They have some of the best HIIT workouts I've ever seen!!
Lately I've been doing Jessica Smith workouts too, I like her attitude and love her walking workouts.
I'm actually new here and don't know if there's a team about fitness blender, I'd really like to know other sparkers who like this channel, if there are any.

I love FitnessBlender workouts! Most of them are a little too advanced for me, but there are several that I can do with no modifications, and others I do with only slight modifications. I was working my way up the ladder when I sprained my ankle, making many of the standing moves taboo for the present :(

Besides FitnessBlender, my other favorite is Jessica Smith. I'm the same way with her videos, I find them challenging but doable and fun. Plus, I love her dog, Peanut!

I use a lot of youtube videos for workouts. Befit has a lot of cardio videos if that's what you're looking for. I also like the blogilates channel and Live Strong Woman.

I just found this site through a search for new exercise videos and it is fabulous! They instructions provided on the video make new moves easy to follow and the calm instruction is a nice break from the overly excited instructors videos usually provide. I felt like I had a good workout after 25-minutes but I don't have a tracker so I can't confirm the cals. I very highly recommend using this site!

Slowly changing my mindset, my relationship with food, and my desire to truly be healthy has led to a true change in lifestyle. This is motivating!

I just started using fitness blender workout videos and I love it! They have so many great workouts, with varying lengths and intensities. I also like that they're online, so I have access to the everywhere.
Now that the weather is nicer, you can get more cardio outside. There are some great cardio videos on fitness blender as well, but I like running, so I do the videos in addition to my runs.

Are you doing the original BeFit in 90? I found it to be pretty good. I was more dissapointed in the lack of going heavier on the weights than the lack of cardio, personally.

I've read good things in other posts about fitnessblender. I've looked at some of their stuff, seems really intense.

Is anyone using fitness blender for exercise? I can't afford to join a gym and so I tried befit on youtube but I don't think it's enough cardio- I feel I need cardio and toning. I found fitness blender and was wondering if anyone is using it. Thanks
