Hey guys, I've started a "club" in our small town that is basically a support group for getting fit, staying fit and eating healthy. We don't have anything around here already organized and only get the odd zumba session through the school so we created our own and are doing the 30 Day Shred this month.
Enough about me, I am trying to get my husband to do it with us but because we're all a bunch of moms, he's reluctant. We all do it in the privacy of our own homes but I still think it hurts his "manhood" LOL! The issue is he's a bug guy (which I love) and his back is giving him lots of issues these days. Any guys out there have any before and after pics or who have done the shred and have positive encouragement??
