I have been working out for over 2 yrs, trying to lose more than 150 lbs
( a very looooonnnnggg slow process)!!
I have noticed that my legs went from a more smoother look to in the past month or so more dimply Cellulite look.
I have been trying to add more wall squats and other upper leg strength training during this time.
Is this normal with toning and working out? It looks so gross. What can i do to lessen the look?
I work out 7 days a week, should i amp up more cardio or more strength?
I generally do monday /wed/ friday treadmill and strength for about 1 1/2 hrs .
Tues and Thursday 90 minutes of water aerobics.
Fri 30min treadmill.
Sat treadmill and strength for 1 1/2 hrs followed by 45 water aerobics.
Sunday Zumba for 1 hr.
