Hi! I broke my pinkie toe on my right foot on Thursday night. I am able to walk, but not for a long time. Stairs are hard. Any suggestions for some good exercises for me until it heals up a bit? I know there are videos in the Spark Library and will look at a few seated ones. Any other ideas? No access to a pool now.
