Today at the gym I decided to try out some of the strength training machines. But when I got home and tried to track them here, I couldn't remember what some of them were called. One is where you start with your arms out to your sides and push the bars together in front of you. The other, you start with your upper arms straight out and your elbows bent at about a 90 degree angle downward and push the bars down until your arms are straight. I'm almost certain that one was called a triceps press, but that isn't listed in the tracker. Maybe its called something else on here?
Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Or possibly could point me to a reference guide with pictures so I can figure it out?
(P.S. I've thrown a notebook in my gym bag so I can write these things down in the future.)
