My fitness tracker do not show me the two options Cardio and strenght.
Is there a way that I can split them in my tracker? There is days that I do both on the same day, and I like to add them seperatly. Is it possible?
Can I make the three topics: Cardio, Strength, Stretching, and add my exercise in one of the topics? Like with the Nutrition tracker, I've add me another food topic "Drinks". Is it possible with the fitness tracker?
Or please explain to me how it works.
