I was in a car accident January 11, 2013 and I was very lucky as was my friend. Another car hit us passenger side of her car where I was sitting, they went through a stop sign. I am currently going through physical therapy for my soft tissue injury of my shoulders. I am told I can't do any exercises that involve my arms and shoulders except the exercises they give me which are at the moment stretching exercises. I can use the treadmill and the bike they said as long as I don't use any arms or shoulders.
I am not very creative in this area as I would usually go to classes at the gym or run on the treadmill which I am told not to do yet. I haven't been to the gym in a while and need to get back into it but the thought of just walking is dull to me. If I could change it up and have a plan to work with may be it would be fun or at least less dull? Any suggestions welcome and thank you!
