My goal is to reduce body fat and gain a bit of muscle. My question is, should I even bother weighing in? I'm at 155ish right now which is in the healthy range for my height (5'8"). I have been on a program consistently for a few months now and while I am NOT losing weight, my body is definitely changing shape as I drop fat and gain muscle! Sparkpeople seems to forget that muscle counts too and it's not all about being a certain weight. As I gain muscle, I will most likely put on a bit of weight as well and I am tempted to completely forget about BMIs or ssales as it doesnt seem to mkae sense. My husband as well is a bodybuilder and refuses to even consider the BMI as it tells him that he is grossly obese! Any comments, suggestion?
