This sounds ridiculous I know but I am having trouble calculating how many mph I run and so I don't know if I've been logging it correctly.
First, I don't run the whole time, it is more a run/walk combination and I do it for one mile. Since I am with my dog I sometimes have to stop and let him "go" and do his thing, but not that often that I would think it interferes with calorie burning. It takes me about 15 mins.
Ok maybe I'm asking this wrong. I guess I can easily figure the mph with that info but my question is how do I calculate the calories burned when it isn't a full on 15 min run or full on 15 min walk? Most of the activities on the tracker ask for an amount of minutes but I don't know what activity is half running (or more like 3/4) and the rest walking.
Same question for when I do 2 miles in 30 mins. Anybody do a run/walk similar to this? And please don't make fun - I know 2 miles in 30 mins is not very fast, it's just what I do :)
