This is a common complaint with the elliptical. So common in fact, that SP has an expert answer for you!

I recently just bought new work out shoes- the Puma Biowebs, but 20 minutes into my work out on the elliptical the front of my feet and toes start going numb. Do I just need to break in my shoes? or am i tying them too tight?
