I recently just bought new work out shoes- the Puma Biowebs, but 20 minutes into my work out on the elliptical the front of my feet and toes start going numb. Do I just need to break in my shoes? or am i tying them too tight?
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
