I have been exercising REGULARLY for about a month and a half now. I have also been bleeding vaginaly for as long too. On my rest days I have little to no blood. I talked to my gyno who said it is part of mechanics and said it's normal. This just doesn't seem right. Does anyone else have this issue? Any tips to make it stop?
I usually do cardio (usually walking) for 25 minutes and yoga for 15-20 minutes. Both are done in home with on demand from Gaiam.
