I track it as low impact aerobics. However, if you want it to count as exercise, you have to make it count. That means doing all the motions, arms and legs, and really working up a sweat.
Please note that Spark have little control over what's in the tracker. They don't have the resources to do studies themselves into calorie burn so they're dependent on waiting till someone else does them and allows their figures to be used. So they can't add something to the trackers just because members ask for it. :)

I am getting ready to start Dance Central 3 as part of my exercise routine...but I have NO idea how to list it...please help
