Hi I'm new to Sparks (3 weeks) and I don't know where to ask about this. I am confined, mostly, to a wheelchair. Do to an amputated leg (below knee) and Osteoarthritis all over, especially in my spine and hips, I cannot do the cardio and strength exercises on the plan. I have some activity I am doing and increasing in small amounts as guided by my doctor, but I have no idea if they do any good or if they burn any calories or when I should increase what I can do. Can anyone help me with this? I would like to keep a plan and track it to stay on goal.
