I need some help. I have DVT (deep vein thrombosis) this is long term had it now for almost 9 years.
I recently started doing exercise again. I do Hip hop abs, cardio dancing etc. I want to know if I should be doing this as a very long time ago I was told not to do any type of jumping, running, walking far etc?
I know I am allowed to swim, however we are having some issues with our pool and I do not want to get in that green water.
What can I do that will be safe for me to do to get the maximum amount of calories burnt per day/week? I don't want to kill myself in the process?
