Perhaps you are just retaining water (too much sodium, that time of the month, etc). Are you tracking what you eat and your workout? Are you also tracking your measurements? How much weight do you need to lose before you reach your goal (or be within the normal weight range for your height)?

I'm in the same boat. I've been seeing very little weight loss on the scale. Healthy weight loss is 1/2-2 lbs a week.

Weight loss is not not a linear process. There will be weeks you lose more, weeks you lose less, weeks you lose nothing, and maybe even weeks you gain. This is all normal.

Are you tracking your diet? I notice you posted this in fitness. Weight loss happens in the kitchen, not the gym!

Very normal..your body equilibrates periodically. Just keep going and it will happen

Hi all,

Just weighed myself...had to do it twice since 1st time it didn't take. I barely lost this week which is weird...last week and the week before 1lb each...this week.....02lbs...I guess that happens. I don't think I changed anything much. Is this normal? Thanks
