Get a heart rate monitor where you can enter your gender, height, weight, age, resting heart rate. This will give you the most accurate calories burned.

I have some great DVD for exercise, cardio max with Bob harper and weight lose yoga with Bob too and a few others that really kick butt. How do I figure out the calorie burn for these for a more correct count of calories burned? Any idea?
