Hey there everybody!! I'm really looking to get some feedback on a couple things. I've been on SP since September and have lost 25lbs so far by mainly dieting. I am now trying to get more exercise into my life, but I'm not all that used to it. First off I work erratic 40 hour schedules from week to week, and normally only have time in the early am 30min work out at the most. I have the 28 day boot camp dvd that I've been following, but I really want to get more out of my limited time work out if possible. Any suggestions?
Also, I have been considering joining a gym mostly because they can provide the heavy duty machines that I lack at home. I hesitate because of the fees, and am also a bit shy about going to a gym to workout when I really don't know that much about it. Any pros/ cons from those of you out there?
