Okay feeling a little bummed about finding out elliptical miles dont equal real miles. Are elliptical machines a good workout? I workout out on mine 4 to 5x a week, at a current resistance of level 5, I do about 6 to 7 elliptical miles in 35 minutes, I have a polar f4t hrm watch that tracks my calories burned, heart rate and times. Im not a runner nor am I trying to compare them to running miles, I just want to get an idea of how to track the distance on them.
