I burn way less in the minutes than Spark thinks. Their "what you'd burn on average for that time" calculation isn't very specific to individuals!

But you can manually set how many calories your weekly plan actually does burn on the fitness setup page. There's a box for that.

Your nutrition is based on the number of calories you're projected to burn. If you're constantly exceeding that number then you need to change your fitness goals to reflect the actual number of calories you're burning per week. This may or may not change your nutrition

I've been trying to track my fitness using Spark people's tracker. However, I put in the goals that I plan on achieving (strength training 4 days per week for 40 minutes, cardiovascular training for 6 days per week, 75 minutes,) and my calories just don't add up. I've been sticking to my exercise plan (I'm an adrenaline junkie - my day is not complete without a workout of some kind!) Even though I'm not doing any extra minutes, when I enter in my workouts, I've burned WAY more calories by the end of the week than I was projected to burn. I just feel like this should be mirrored on my nutrition tracker (though, admittedly, I have been over eating the past couple of days - working on this!)

Does anyone have any suggestions?
