Vichy Cellu Destock is amazing stuff. It's the only one that I actually have gotten results from. It works so well at firming that I also use it on my tummy and arms.

There is nothing you can do about cellulite. ;) It's just like any other fat; the only way to reduce it is overall body fat loss, and most of us will always have some.

Sagging skin is a fact of lift; whether or not you lose it all depends on genetics, age, rate of weight loss, and other factors beyond your control. It will either snap back on its own, or it won't; you won't know until you're done.

There are no supplements nor creams that will help either. Save your money.

I prevented loose skin entirely by doing very heavy weight lifting. I recommend this to everyone with a lot of weight to lose. There's no physical evidence that I weighed 100 pounds more for many years, at least I don't think so, you can judge for yourself LOL. I do thank the weights for that. Some people will tell you that it's all genetics but I don't believe that.

As far as creams, yes, I did use one and I do think it helped. I used sunscreen SPF 50+ and I believe that sunscreen helps to prevent premature aging of the skin. Since age is one of the biggest risk factors for getting loose skin with weight loss, premature aging seems like a really bad idea. A good sunscreen is not cheap but it is worth it in my opinion.

As far as supplements, if you are not able to get adequate protein in your diet to support increased muscle mass from weight lifting (which will bulk you out a little bit, just enough to take up some of the slack), you can supplement with some protein powder. I use whey protein powder but there are various types. But if you can get adequate protein in your food, it's not necessary; the powders are expensive.

I have lost over 40 lbs, yeah, but I feel pretty flabby right, the back of my arms, my inner thighs and right above my knees look lumpy.

I am still losing more weight, and have added strength training, but has anyone used any supplements or creams that helped or improves sagging skin or cellulite?

Thanks in advance.

Lisa
