My daughter didn't believe that weight fluctuated that much daily (they were talking about it in health) so we did a little experiment.
In one day, she ranged from 102 - 106.
In one day, I ranged from 164 - 172 (!!!).
She was lowest when she woke up & highest around 2pm. I was lowest around 11am & highest after dinner.
We deliberately ate higher sodium items for lunch. We both worked out and drank tons of water.
The next morning, she was 102 again and I was 165.5.
