I'd agree that your protein sounds low. SparkPeople recommends a minimum of 60 grams per day for women, so you might want to consider boosting that number up a little more.
I don't know the details of that program, but as long as you're not strength training the same muscle groups two days in a row and you're feeling good, you should be okay. 1200 calories sounds a little low based on how much exercise you're doing, so you might consider boosting that number up a little too.
