If you have Dish Network or DirecTV, you can do a search for cardio classes. I've found some stuff on our local PBS station, like Yoga and strength exercises.
I also read an article here on Spark where a lady is doing all sorts of different unconventional things to get her heartbeat up, like jump rope, skating, sitting on a ball with handles and hopping, trampoline jumps, etc.
I love Zumba. Cathe Friedrich has some great videos; The Firm is also another good source of cardio, muscle training, etc.
You can go to your local library and check out exercise videos, maybe they have Zumba or Reebok Step.
We also have a used exercise equipment store close, and they sell all sorts of stuff, including weights, barbells, videos, etc.
