absolutely! I am on day 2 and have no doubt I will get some awesome results in 30 days. I am adding to it though, by doing an additional 30-45 mins of cardio on the treadmill (incline walking).
It doesn't make you sweat a ton, because it is a lot of strength along with cardio, so you won't get a sweat unless you add in pure cardio, which is why I am adding in )
eat food. not too much. mostly plants.
Goal 1: 160lbs by May 15 (breast reduction day!)
Goal 2: 150 by July 1 (summer!!)
Goal 3: 135-140 by December 1 (ultimate goal weight)
