I joined the gym this week and done a fair bit on the treadmill. Really like treadmill as can do different paces and inclines.
I noticed a few days ago a slight pulling in my calf muscle, but nothing bad.
Today I was swimming and suddenly felt that I had cramp on left side of my calf. Got a bit better once I stretched it. Could not do normal breath stroke after as hurt a bit but was fine just normal kicking in water.
Pain went away till i went to get out of pool on the steps. Really hurt when I went to get out and had to get back in water.
Pain went but now when I walk feels like a pulling on top side of my calf.
Is there a good chance I have really damaged something?? Really hope not.
I am new to excercising again and maybe have done a bit too much on treadmill this week.
Any thoughts on what I have done? Could i have pulled something even on a treadmill?
