I haven't worked out yet, but I'll be doing TurboFire Fire 55 Class tonight. I was busy all day with errands. Now the kids are getting home from school so I will have to wait until they are in bed tonight or at least in their rooms for the night. I hate working out when they are awake. They just bug me and I get distracted.

First time this morning was yoga stretching. Later rode the exercise bike. This afternoon full body workout at the gym.

Today is an easy day, 45 minutes on the wii fit, and then a cardio kickboxing video from spark,,
