Depends on if your meaning best time to get most accurate weight, or best time to keep motivation, lol. I say that because my weigh in day used to be Monday's, but I found that if I had a slip in the weekend the number on the scale would be disappointing to me. Sometimes I would be so caught up in that number that it would lead me to guilt, depression, and a downward spiral. So I changed it to Friday morning's, when I first wake up in my bra and panties. It is right before the weekend and it helps me keep myself in check on the weekends to see that number right before I go into one. Then if I do indulge, I have Monday - Thursday of workout's so that it isn't so bad. Not saying that slipping up all the time is okay, strictly coming from my own mental motivational stand point lol
