Of course it's water! Anything that hydrates you can be counted. Whether or not you do is up to you; I track my tea with stevia. :) If you're using sugar, you will want to track that sugar in your nutrition tracker, because while it's not a lot (one cube is only 15 calories or so) but over the course of a day, can add up to a LOT of mindless calorie intake that you aren't tracking.
