I work out when I get home from work. I have a small snack 15-30 minutes before leaving work (been loving pistachios lately!), then start my workout when I get home.
Depending on my workout, sometimes afterward I will have a glass of vanilla soy milk, or possibly a slice of multigrain toast with peanut butter -- or I'll just jump straight into starting to cook dinner or heading out to go get dinner.
