Thank you all for your kind words and encouragement. I really needed it today. As you can probably tell by now, I became a whiny, miserable brat earlier today. But after coming home from work and preparing and eating a healthy meal with my family (baked parmesan flounder with mashed potatoes and broccoli in case you were wondering) I sat down and sifted through youtube and found a WONDERFUL walking workout. It still isn't quite as intense as I wish I could do, BUT I at least feel like I really worked out my body.
As I type this the muscles all through my legs are tingling. I made a few awesome choices tonight and feel much better!
A healthy meal, a great workout... and for once in my life I didn't eat my emotions... I worked out and changed my mood!
Thank you again for putting up with my misery and helping me get through it! I love Sparkpeople, people! You all are the best!
