I started my new lifestyle (eating healthy, cardio 4-5x week and strength 2-3x/week). I fell ill with the flu the last three days but am now back on my horse. REALLY trying to get motivated.
I have lost 13 pounds so far since Jan 4th. (SO excited over that!!! I had the WORST diet ever and very sedentary).
I have lost zero inches though so my clothes all fit the same which is depressing - the scale shows weight loss but my "size" doesn't. I feel like the strength training I'm doing isn't helping or I'm just dellusional. Im finding it hard to get the motivation to get on the elliptical or pop in my DVD (slim in 6) at all today. Help? :)
