love weight lifting....love pushing myself hard. Can see my body changing for the better. Shoulders and biceps are coming along.

good to know... I'm working hard on my arms, more for strength than beauty, and had wondered, at 69, whether I would see results.

After a hard cardio workout this morning, followed by a two hour meeting with my accountant, I came home, got my mat and weights out and did half an hour of heavy lifting. I was sweating buckets just in that short time. Nothing quite like it!

Well, congratulations! Unfortunately for most of us, getting defined *anything* is more about fat loss than strength training. We ALL have a six pack under there... it's just hidden by the layers of fat on our belly. :) Keep up the strength training... nothing makes you look and feel quite as good!
