I know this is as old post but I wanted to add my 2 cents. I wore my HRM doing this work and it does get the heart rate up. I did this and the 20 min workout right after and burned 462 calories total. I usually burn about 160-180 with the 20 min workout alone. For me Turbo Sculpt does count as cardio, as well.

Strength work doesn't really burn a lot of calories directly. It has other benefits for your body.

So really you should ask yourself - is this strength work or is it calorie burning? It's really not both. That's why Spark didn't used to offer any burn at all for strength - now there's a tiny token amount.

I did, but it doesn't have turbo sculpt for strength, only turbo jam for cardio kick boxing.

They're in the tracker. Just search "turbo jam".

I have been doing Turbo Jam for awhile, but I'm curious as to how many calories I actually burn on them so that I can track it.
