All of the exercises in the Spark system give a calorie burn.
If something you do is not listed, you should choose an approximate listing, eg "Low-impact aerobics" is a good general cardio listing.
Spark can only add exercises when there are studies done on them to show what the calorie burns are.
If you want to research other potential calorie burns, you can always google "Calories burned doing xyz". Be wary to only count things you do "as exercise" though. It's not a good idea to track your housework or job as your fitness minutes and calories.
