I finished the program in November and had pretty great results, lost 26 lbs. overall. I actually shortened the program a bit so it took me about 10 weeks to complete. I really enjoyed it and appreciated how it changed up every two weeks. I would add on some extra cardio if you can, at least during the first phase. Good luck to you, hope you like it!
