You'll want to leave at least one day of rest in between strength exercises for the same muscle groups. So you wouldn't want to do that video daily. In general, I recommend cardio exercise 3-5 times a week and a full body strength program 2-3 times a week. As long as the exercises are challenging, you're on the right track.
