Can you walk while you recover? Can you stretch?
Where can you find to cut back in your food intake? Can you do some streak for two weeks such as no sugar treats, beef, pork (or other high-fat foods). Can you cut out alcohol, juice and other high caloric drinks? What would work for you? Two weeks is only 14 days!
It appears as though strength training, zumba and other dancing, swimming, and jogging are out of the question.
