I like Zumba Toning, but it is no longer available as a class where I live.
I began with walking, and added cycling in the summer/fall. While I have my bike set up on a trainer, I don't get on it as much as I should.
I bought snow shoes, and I am working at learning how to use them.
I always liked a rowing machine, too, when at the gym

Go back to spin! Just take it easy the first couple of classes...you'll be able to get back into it quickly.
I am currently in love with swimming! I hadn't been in the pool for years but I went back last week and has so much fun!
My schedule is 4 days per week - 1 run, 1 spin, 1 swim, 1 walk. I need to get back to the weights but I haven't quite gotten there yet!

It's definitely Zumba for me. Luckily my boyfriend got me one of the games for my Kinect so I can do it at home. If it's a day I can barely muster motivation, I'll start doing one song and it always inspires me to do a full workout.

I inline speed skate and that is my favorite workout by default! However, I also really love Zumba, it's more fun than work. And then I find Insanity the most gratifying. It just depends what kind of work out you like. Some people like really pushing themselves to exhaustion (Speed skating and insanity) and then some like getting a workout by doing something that doesn't seem like work at all (zumba)!

I don't do P90X the way it is designed (my husband does) but I use some of the DVDs because they're fun. Tony Horton leads them and you never do any one thing for two long so I enjoy them. My favorite and Kenpo and Cardio X.

Like the previous post said, I take about 3-4 different styles of classes and throw in some running (however, I do enjoy it). To answer your question though, I LOVE my kickboxing class. While it's a great workout and works me in ways I didn't know were possible, I ultimately love the feeling of empowerment it gives me. During and after the class, I feel strong and for that reason, I go back week after week.

I love the spin class at my gym and I've also gotten into Body Pump. I guess I have a lot of things I like to do because I get bored easily. I run, attend 3-4 different styles of group fitness, and run. And to be honest, I hate running but I love the friends in my group, the t-shirts and medals.

I love to hike more than anything else and I love to hike new places. I train for distance hiking via daily elliptical and treadmill workouts and long evening walks.

I'm looking for workouts to look forward to. What's your favorite workout? I like yoga and I used to like spin but I'm worried I haven't worked out in so long I'm not sure I could keep up with an hour class just yet! Anyone hike? I thought hiking might be a fun way to start. I've done the TreadClimber so far this week.
