I completely empathize with you right now, because I just got into a great routine of going to the gym every day, for 2 weeks... and then came down with a chest cold/bronchitis. I am sooo bummed that my weight loss had to stop, and I am still sidelined right now. Every morning I wake up and hope that I am not coughing anymore, but every morning, still the cough :( Anyway, I say this only to tell you that as much as it sucks to see the scale not move, it is more important to do all the right things to get better, rather than try and diet or exercise when you are sick, because it is so easy for the sickness to morph or linger when you are stressing your body with diet or exercise. For me, I am just trying to do as little as I have to, drinking tons of hot fluids and eating 1500 cals/day and pray that I at least maintain my weight until I am ready to get back at it.

Goal 1: 160lbs by May 15 (breast reduction day!)
Goal 2: 150 by July 1 (summer!!)
Goal 3: 135-140 by December 1 (ultimate goal weight)
