From the video page there is a put this in tracker button. When I click it, it puts a 12 minute cardio burst in my tracker, not this 18 minute cardio sculpt.

I can't arch my shoulders up when laying on my belly. I wonder if this means my back is stiff, or I have no muscles? Otherwise, it was a great workout.

It says 22 minutes on the calendar because on the DVD that includes a 6 minute warm-up and a 4 minute cool-down

I just did this workout (thanks to the video) to see if I would like to get the full dvd, and I think I might. I like workouts that are short and sweet.

Also, on the boot camp dvd calendar, it says from the dvd 22 mins, how is this possible when the actual segment is only 12 mins? Thanks for any help
