Hi, hoping somebody can help on here.
I have a Fluid Primo Elastogel trainer for a road bike. I hadn't ridden lately, and I thought I'd get on for a quick workout today, but I noticed almost instantly that once every wheel rotation or so, it seems to stick and make a loud "thump" noise when I overcome the stickiness. It happens at the same spot on the bike's tire each time. If I pedal it backwards/move the wheel backwards, it goes through smoothly, but when I pedal it forward, it will stick no matter what. The thump wouldn't bother me except I have it set up in an apartment and don't want to bother my downstairs neighbors and I'm worried about breaking the trainer.
I've never set up a trainer myself (only ever used them!) so I am not entirely sure how to fix this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
